Covid 19 protocOl

IN ORDER TO PROTECT EVERYONE’S SAFETY, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR COUNSELOR IF YOU HAVE ANY SYMPTOMS OR BEEN EXPOSED TO COVID. YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF CONTACTING YOUR COUNSELOR TO SCHEDULE A TELETHERAPY SESSION.  REFER TO SCREENING QUESTIONS BELOW.  PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL WHEN YOU ARRIVE.  

  1. Have you or a household member had contact with a known COVID-19 patient?

  2. Have you or a household member had a fever, cough, body aches, or loss of smell/taste in the last 5 days?

  3. Are you or a household member waiting for the results of a COVID-19 test?

Hand sanitizer is readily available in our offices. Counselors will frequently wipe down switches and knobs.  Thank you very much for your cooperation.
